Scientific Profile Initially the successful candidate starts as an Assistant Professor with a qualification agreement for a fixed term tenure phase of six years. After successful completion of the qualification goals, the position will be converted into a permanent Associate Professor position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the subject of literature and media didactics in its entirety. It combines a range of courses in literary studies with courses in literary didactics. It qualifies early‑stage academics and thus guarantees the professionalisation of academic teaching in this subject area. It also acts as a crucial interface between those involved in teacher education at the South‑East Development Network (EVSO) and the institution of “school”.
