- Drive special initiatives including outreach material development and recruitment events.

- Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, energetic approach with ability to handle multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with college admissions process.
- Experience working with middle or high school students.
