- develop methods and workflows for the integration and analysis of heterogeneous biomedical data
- analysis and integration of transcriptomic, imaging and other multimodal biomedical datasets
- construction, curation and analysis of biological network-based methods to identify predictive markers and therapeutic targets
- integration of biological databases, pathway information and external data resources into computational analyses
- contributing to the development of patient-specific computational models and the Patient-Personalised Autism Digital Twin
- close interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination with clinical, experimental and computational partners
- writing, publishing and presenting scientific results and contributing to the scientific organisation of the project
- desirable are
- experience with biological network, pathway or cell-cell communication analysis
