With adaptability, integrity, and dedication to excellence, we inspire each other to dream bigger, achieve more, and grow together. /p h3Your profile /h3 pCurious and forward-thinking, you embrace innovation and collaborate inclusively across diverse teams, with openness and teamwork coming naturally to you. /p pHospitality is at your core, warm, attentive, and professionally presented, you place others’ wellbeing first and approach every task with a positive, proactive attitude. /p pIn everything you do, you stay focused on quality and align your daily work with our broader company goals, contributing to shared success. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the internal IT team and coordinate external IT partners, creating clear priorities, responsibilities and efficient ways of working. /li liDevelop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and the wider group/holding framework. /li liTake overall responsibility for stable, secure and efficient IT services across offices, remote employees and the ship fleet. /li liSteer external providers, contracts and SLAs, ensuring quality, performance and cost efficiency. /li liPrioritise and lead IT projects, technology implementations and digitalisation initiatives across the organisation. /li liEnsure appropriate security standards, data protection, risk management and compliance requirements are implemented and maintained. /li liOwn the IT budget and ensure technology investments deliver sustainable business value. /li liAdvise Management and key stakeholders on technology, digitalisation, IT risks and future business requirements. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve technology, processes, efficiency and the digital experience for employees and guests. /li /ul h3Specific Requirements /h3 ul liCoordinate IT operations across offices and the ship fleet, ensuring reliable services and effective escalation management. /li liAct as the central interface between Management, internal users, shipboard teams, Group IT and external providers. /li liEstablish and monitor IT service standards, KPIs and SLAs, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently achieved. /li liLead the selection, implementation and rollout of IT solutions, from requirements gathering through to implementation and user adoption. /li liEnsure effective cybersecurity, access management, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes. /li liManage IT assets, software licences, subscriptions and contracts, ensuring efficient utilisation and cost control. /li liPrepare and monitor IT budgets, forecasts and investment proposals, providing transparent reporting to Management. /li liEnsure IT solutions are scalable and future-ready, supporting continued business and fleet growth. /li liIdentify opportunities for digitalisation and process improvement, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions. /li liExcellent communication skills in English spoken and written, additional languages are an asset. /li /ul h3Your future with GRC Global River Cruises /h3 pYou’ll join a collaborative workplace where ideas are valued, and responsibility is shared early on.
