Requirements:
- 10+ years of engineering management experience, including 5 years leading multiple teams.
- Proven experience managing engineering investment across a product portfolio.
- Strong executive-level judgment, autonomy, and ownership.
- Estimated annual cash salary of CAD $270,000–$360,000.
