Executive Assistant to the CEO (Shadow & Operations)

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, German-speaking Executive Assistant to serve as the primary right hand and "operational shadow" to our CEO. While you will still be involved in GTM and strategic communications, your primary mission is to optimize the CEO's time, manage daily logistics, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will live at the intersection of executive administration, project management, and strategic execution.
