Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as Great Place to Work® in Europe for the eight consecutive year, is looking for a Key Account Specialist to join the Unox Sales Team. This figure will report to the Sales Director, exploring and managing sales opportunities within the Austrian territory.
Main responsibilities
Support the Key Account Manager in the development and execution of account strategies and business plans.
Research and develop local market and customer intelligence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, activities and opportunities in our CRM.
Support customer visits, meetings, demonstrations, trainings and commercial activities.
Support communication between the customer, local organization and UNOX HQ.
Support the coordination of service, installation, maintenance and other customer-related activities according to UNOX procedures.
Develop professional sales, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
Support the organization and execution of UNOX trade fairs, customer events and other commercial activities.
Requirements
Strong interest in Sales and Business Development and Key Account Management.
High level of curiosity and willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, energetic and hands-on approach.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on commitments.
Fluent in English and German.
