Team Lead Network Economics (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION:

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance and procurement team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee and optimize financial workflows, budgeting, and procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes ensuring financial transaction accuracy
• Identify and implement automation, digital transformation, and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and business units to align financial strategies with operational goals
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, financial regulations, and contract compliance
• Maintain accurate tracking of purchase orders, goods receipts, prepayments, and accruals
• Provide key financial insights by monitoring KPIs and optimizing financial reporting

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, procurement, or vendor management
• Strong expertise in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, financial planning, and vendor negotiations
• Proven experience in financial process optimization, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making
• Leadership experience with team management and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility
• Fluent in English; good command of German is a plus
