to join our team for the summer season.
Key Responsibilities
Independent management and organization of your kitchen station
Preparation and execution of the daily mise en place
Creative processing and presentation of high-quality products
Compliance with and implementation of HACCP standards
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a chef (EFZ or equivalent)
Professional experience in a similar position
Independent and structured working style with strong organizational skills
German language skills; additional languages are welcome
Enjoyment of varied tasks and working in a team
Passion for the hotel and gastronomy industry
