About The Team You’ll be part of the team responsible for the backbone of our e‑commerce payment processing, building the services that move money safely and at scale.

• What your work will look like
• You’ll design and implement complex features end to end, backing them with solid testing and clear documentation.
• You’ll take ownership of key components and systems in your product area and drive their delivery in close collaboration with your team.
• As a senior voice, you’ll mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and help shape architectural decisions and technical direction across your domain.
• You’ll also keep raising the bar, proactively spotting ways to improve our codebase, tooling, and processes.
• What you need to be successful in this role
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science (or equivalent) and several years of hands‑on software engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, including designing and optimizing large‑scale systems.
• Solid experience with databases such as Postgre SQL and Mongo DB, including data modelling and performance tuning.
• A deep understanding of Agile ways of working and lifecycle best practices, including CI/CD and test automation.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the confidence to drive technical discussions and decisions across teams, including integrating complex APIs in modern architectures.

• The interview process includes: a 30‑min intro call with a TA Partner, a 60‑min hiring manager interview, a 60‑min technical call with the team and an executive interview (30‑min, optional).
