Job Description
- Develop, create, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Improve prompts in terms of accuracy, consistency, and relevance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement requirements in AI solutions
- Test and evaluate AI outputs and continuously refine prompts
- Create reusable prompt templates and frameworks
- Document workflows, results, and best practices
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and prompt engineering
Job Requirements
- Experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills in German and English
- Ability to formulate clear, structured, and precise instructions
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, RAG)
- Basic knowledge of APIs or scripting is a plus
- Experience in content writing or AI-related writing is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment
