Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks
• Carry out repairs
• Conduct exchange work
• Perform commissioning
• Provide timely feedback on hours and performance in L-Mobile
• Initiate procurement of used spare parts
• Book hotels for field assignments if necessary

Requirements:

• Technical education (e.g., plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technician; master craftsman’s certificate preferred)
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong technical knowledge in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering
• Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel required)
• Familiar with modern communication tools & online platforms such as SharePoint, MS Teams, L-Mobile
• Confident communication with customers and service partners
• Customer-oriented and service-minded approach
