What You’ll Do
- Strategic Account Management: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive global account strategies for complex, multi‑national Pharma clients; act as the primary point of contact for the customers’ exec leadership team and position yourself as the trusted advisor for senior stakeholders.
- Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure profitable business opportunities by leveraging deep industry knowledge and innovative solutions that add value across the client’s supply chain.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate with global teams across multiple business units, including forwarding, ocean freight, and other logistics services, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
- Client‑Centric Solutions: Anticipate and communicate future client requirements, aligning UPS’s full portfolio of services to address their challenges and drive business outcomes.
- Team Management: Provide leadership to a virtual sales team, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and execution of account plans across regions.
What You’ll Need
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharma logistics, with deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
