As Senior Brand Manager for our Dafalgan OTC range, you are responsible for the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing innovations in the Swiss market and be reporting to the Marketing Head. You will work closely with other departments to strengthen the company’s brands and drive growth. Furthermore, you are responsible for identifying new market opportunities and developing creative solutions to strengthen market positioning.Key Responsibilities and Major DutiesDevelopment and implementation of a marketing strategy that is aligned with the business objectives and strengthens the market position.Identify new trends, customer needs and market opportunities to enhance the company’s ability to generate innovation.Collaboration with various departments, including product development, sales, and customer service in order to develop innovative approaches and ensure market success.Monitoring and analysis of marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and improve effectiveness.Continuous market and competitors’ analysis to identify new business opportunities and align marketing strategy.Development and implementation of innovation projects and programs, including the launch of new products or services.Work closely with the management team to drive strategic decisions and to contribute to the company’s long-term growth strategy.Competencies and QualificationsCompleted studies in marketing, business administration or a related disciplineProven work experience with a focus on innovation and/or brand developmentSound understanding of marketing strategies, market trends and digital marketing channelsStrong analytical skills and the ability to make data driven decisionsCreative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutionsHigh level of initiative, results orientation and team spiritStrong German and English skillsE-commerce experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
