Requirements
- Seasoned Expertise: You have a deep background as a People BP, specifically within high-growth tech startups or IaaS/SaaS environments
- French Labor Law & Compliance: Strong, practical knowledge of French employment law. You are comfortable navigating contractual obligations, employment adjustments, and terminations with rigorous compliance and human empathy
- CSE Management: Proven experience managing relations and maintaining a constructive, transparent dialogue with the Comité Social et Économique (CSE)
- Remote/Hybrid Mastery: You understand the nuances of building culture and trust across time zones and screens
- Strategic Project Leadership: A proven track record of leading transformative People projects (e.g., revamped leveling frameworks, global L&D programs) from ideation to execution
- Influential Communication: Exceptional English storytelling skills. You can convey complex People concepts to technical stakeholders with clarity and warmth
- Analytical Problem‑Solving: You are comfortable with data and use it to tell a story, but you never lose sight of the "human" behind the metrics

- You support leaders in embedding our values into everyday team practices, helping them build high-performing, healthy teams that can scale with the business.
- You bridge the gap between high-level business goals and the daily employee experience, ensuring our people strategy is well executed, scalable, and thoughtfully evolved as the business grows.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching and insights that enhance organizational capability and team dynamics.
- Program Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of some of our People initiatives (e.g., Talent Management, L&D, Engagement). You aren’t just designing the framework; you’re helping to execute, own the data, and refine the process.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the balance between high-level strategy and "rolling up your sleeves" to support essential routines in compensation, performance cycles, and employee relations.
- Analytical Influence: Leverage metrics and feedback loops to identify trends, raise pertinent issues, and propose proactive solutions to stakeholders.
- Change Management: Guide teams through organizational shifts with clear communication and a focus on maintaining our unique cultural fabric.
