Associate Product Manager - Governance (f/m/d)

We seek fintech enthusiasts to help build the financial infrastructure of tomorrow. Our goal is to create the first European Investment API, enabling financial institutions to offer a broad array of investment products efficiently and transparently. Our mission is to make investing as easy as spending money.

As Upvest grows, we are hiring an exceptional Associate Product Manager for the Governance team . You will work directly with Christina Noskevich and Aleksandr Tsirkunov on topics vital to our product and business success.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Building a currency conversion engine to support our expansion into new markets.
2. Designing a modern reconciliation system to oversee millions of transactions and automatically detect errors.
3. Developing a next-generation treasury and liquidity management system for real-time control over cash flows, funding, and risk across multiple banks.

Role requirements:

• Up to 2 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in Finance or Accounting. Experience in financial services, B2B SaaS, or FinTech is a plus. Willingness to learn is also valued.
• A bias for impact and speed in product discovery and delivery.
• Ability to absorb complex financial topics quickly and apply product management best practices.
• Experience with product management tools like Linear, Slite, Miro, Figma, and basic SQL skills. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
