An independent asset management firm specializing in alternative private markets is looking for an Investor Relations Director in Zurich. This role requires strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to drive fundraising activities and expand the investor portfolio in the German-speaking regions of Switzerland.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities and generate new business among institutional and private clients.
- Analyze and classify investor databases to identify suitable prospects for existing and new products.
- Build and deepen relationships with investors, fully understanding their decision-making processes.
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure successful onboarding and deal closure.
- Oversee private market business development in real estate, private debt, private equity, and private infrastructure.
- Maintain constant communication with investment teams and stay updated on product offerings.
- Provide guidance, act as a sparring partner for clients and prospects, and present tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the enhancement of marketing materials.
- Handle RFPs, RFIs, and other sales-related requests.
- Leverage your professional network and actively expand industry connections by attending conferences and events.
