The ideal candidate will excel in this position by successfully aiding recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients‘ needs by matching them with open roles within the company. To do so, the candidate must source and qualify leads that meet the company’s criteria. To be successful, the candidate will need to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.
Tasks
- Building a portfolio of international clients in the Financial Industry.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level finance professionals, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and placement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Identifying and attracting top talent across the finance and private markets industries through various channels, including job boards, networking, and headhunting.
- Conducting in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for clients.
- Advising clients and candidates on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and career development.
- Developing and managing a pipeline of candidates and clients across multiple regions, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
- Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, ensuring high-quality placements that align with client requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to share market intelligence and enhance service offerings.
We need
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in the Asset Management or Private Equity sectors, placing mid to senior-level professionals.
- Strong knowledge of the finance industry, including key roles, trends, and compensation structures.
- Business Development skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior professionals and key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment targets and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A global mindset, with the ability to work across multiple regions and manage diverse client needs.
- Experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation processes.
- A strong network within the finance and private markets sectors is highly desirable.
- Language: English, French; knowledge of another language such as German or Spanish would be a plus.
