Lead Producer / Product Owner in Schaffhausen

Urban Games' newest and most ambitious title is Transport Fever 3, a highly anticipated tycoon game to be released in 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Responsibilities

• Own the production strategy and have overall lead about planning, prioritizing and scoping
• Team up with product engineers and producers to plan and realize new developments
• Work out specifications for new game features and technologies in consultation with the team
• Coordinate the testing of the work of software engineers and artists and lead an iterative process
• Understand the market and keep up to date with the fan base
• Answer all product related questions in matters of gameplay, usability, user interface and more

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical team members
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in designing products that were successfully brought to market
• German and English communication and writing skills (B2 at least)

Preferences

• Master's degree in computer science or related field
• Experience in the video game industry
• Proven track record of successful game design
