Role Summary
As a UO Store Manager, you are a daily role model for your team and our customers. You challenge and develop your team, identify training needs, and achieve optimal store results together with your management team. You quickly grasp complex relationships and find individual solutions. You create positive customer contacts daily, and excellent customer service is a priority for you and your team.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- You are our brand ambassador for our location and create the best brand experience for our customers and employees.
- You lead your management team in all daily operational tasks and actively support them in store experience, merchandise setup and processing, training and development of your sales team, customer service, and loss prevention.
- Your in-store VM team successfully implements all company guidelines in visual merchandising, perfectly adapting the UO brand DNA to local market conditions, thus creating an authentic brand experience with a commercial focus.
- You work independently and goal-oriented, always focused on achieving the best possible results for your store.
- By creating positive customer contacts with the latest technology, your team continuously expands our customer base successfully.
- Store maintenance: Responsible for performing basic cleaning tasks in and around the premises, such as cleaning floors and rooms, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger items from the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
What You\’ll Need
- You have completed training or a successful degree in retail, marketing, or design.
