Responsibilities
The Mechanical Engineer Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all of the components of the New Embassy Compound (NEC) Mechanical Systems including the Building Automation System, Chiller Plant, Air Handling Units, Variable Air Volume System, the Potable Water treatment plant and distribution system, Sanitary Sewage and storm water management systems, the irrigation system, and the Oil Water Separator Systems. Responsibilities include supervision of the posts maintenance staff that maintains all mechanical equipment and systems throughout the NEC office, residential and ancillary buildings, and the grounds.
Qualifications
You have completed the Secondary Education as well as a Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, or similar engineering degree that is close in degree course requirements, from an accredited university program.
Furthermore you were able to gain work experience working as a project engineer/engineer at a manufacturing plant, major resort, hospital, office complex, or a large university/school system. You have also gained experience in managing/supervising a team.
