Interoperability Programs Manager in Stuttgart

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

About the Position:

The Interoperability Programs Manager, GS-0301-13, provides planning and operations support to USEUCOM in the planning, coordination, management, and execution of USEUCOM's combined interoperability program/mission assurance branch. This posiiton is located in Stuttgart, Germany. Who May Apply: US Citizens

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience:

• 1) Providing planning or operational support for a combined interoperability program;




• 2) Developing theater policies and multinational agreements such as security and Interoperability memorandum of agreements (CIS-MOA);




• OR 3) provide policy and analytical advice for all phases of a communications security (COMSEC) interoperability and release program.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
