Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Position: This position is located in Landstuhl, Germany which is part of the Kaiserslautern/Ramstein complex. The city of Kaiserslautern is nestled in the small hills west of the Rhine River Valley, on the edge of the famous German Pfalz forest. The area does enjoy many pleasant days with reasonable temperatures. The winter is mild with some snowfall and the summers are generally warm and comfortable, with few hot days.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes implementing quality assurance testing plans and projects for medical facilities; inspecting construction and maintenance by contractors to evaluate if deliverables meet contract requirements; comparing delivered services to contractual and industry standards; and ensuring potential contract deficiencies are identified and reported for correction. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11 or above.
