This position is located at USAG Bavaria - Directorate, Family and MWR, Tower Barracks (Grafenwoehr), Germany.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

Knowledge of management principles, practices, and techniques to provide administrative services to the organization, analyze administrative practices, and recommend improvements in administrative procedures and policies.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":

1. Posses one year of experience as Administrative Support Specialist or in an equivalent position at the next lower grade or equivalent grade.
2. Utilizes office automation software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint) and collaboration tools to accomplish duties in the most efficient manner.
3. Understanding of the garrison structure and recognizing priorities and the need to coordinate work with others.
