- Have one (1) year work experience leading a staff of employees in support of recreational activities such as assisting with planning sponsored events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions.
OR
- Have successfully completed a four (4)-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with major study or at least 24 semester hours in courses related to recreation or physical education.
