Job Title: Consultant (Active Directory) (L3)

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Experience: 8– 10 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Consultant who will provide expertise in the development, build and configuration for Active Directory. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of cloud and data center infrastructure and practices to ensure security measures are effectively integrated into environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Active Directory Management:

· Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory, including domain infrastructure and services such as Domain Name System (DNS) and DHCP

· Manage user accounts, groups, and resources in Active Directory while ensuring proper permissions and access controls.

Troubleshooting and Support:

· Provide expert troubleshooting for Active Directory issues related to user authentication, replication, and performance

· Resolve complex infrastructure problems and provide advanced support for various directory services, assisting with incident responses and problem resolutions

Security Management:

· Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards across the Active Directory environment, including auditing and monitoring activities related to directory services

· Manage and configure Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security settings and user policies.

Integration and Configuration:

· Configure and support integrations with other systems, including Azure Active Directory and third-party applications through LDAP

· Oversee the implementation of Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and Manage identity solutions like ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services)

Qualifications:

· Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies (typically 5 years or more)

· A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with preferred certifications like Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

· Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and different authentication protocols like Kerberos and NTLM

· Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly PowerShell, for automation and management tasks.
