pbLanguage Requirements: /b German, English, and proficiency in at least one of French or Italian /p pbCore Competency: /b SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain – Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of efficient, sustainable, and future-ready warehouse and logistics processes. /p pThe successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define warehouse structures, optimise logistics processes, configure SAP EWM solutions, support data migration, and prepare sites for successful go-live. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide consulting expertise in designing efficient, sustainable, and future-oriented warehouse and logistics processes. /li liDefine warehouse structures, storage concepts, and master data through workshops, considering site-specific warehouse layouts and operational requirements. /li liDesign and optimise SAP EWM processes covering: /li liGoods receipt and inbound processing. /li liGoods issue and outbound processing. /li liProduction supply and material staging. /li liPhysical inventory management. /li liConfigure SAP EWM warehouse processes based on approved technical specifications and data fact sheets. /li liSupport data migration activities, particularly inventory data migration from SAP ERP Materials Management and Inventory Management (MM-IM) to SAP EWM. /li liPrepare and maintain functional and technical specifications and other project documentation in SAP Focused Build. /li liCollaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Test Managers, and other business and technical stakeholders. /li liParticipate in an Agile delivery environment, following SAFe/Scrum methodologies. /li liSupport testing, defect resolution, deployment planning, and cutover activities. /li liPrepare and execute cutover plans to ensure a smooth and successful go-live. /li liCommunicate complex logistics and technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and project teams. /li /ul h3Mandatory Skills and Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM customising. /li liStrong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, specifically SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). /li liProven experience implementing SAP EWM across at least bfour sites /b. /li liPractical experience with data migration, particularly inventory data from SAP ERP MM-IM. /li liStrong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, production supply, and physical inventory. /li liExperience in warehouse structure design, master data definition, and process configuration. /li liAbility to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. /li liExperience with SAP Focused Build documentation. /li liFamiliarity with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office 365. /li liUnderstanding of Agile delivery methodologies, particularly SAFe and Scrum. /liliStrong analytical, conceptual, communication, and presentation skills. /li liA proactive, organised, and self-driven approach to work. /li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ul liGood proficiency in at least one of the following national languages: French or Italian. /li liExperience implementing production supply processes using SAP EWM Delivery Management (EWM-DM). /li liKnowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM). /li liKnowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM). /li liExperience working with interdisciplinary and international teams. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical functions. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
