pWe're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a CRM transformation programme at a UN agency in Geneva. You'll work closely with the project manager to gather and shape requirements, design future processes, and steer the solution through to delivery and user acceptance. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliLead requirements gathering, user story writing and acceptance criteria /liliModel business processes, turning different teams' practices into one common workflow with clear data flows and business logic /liliPlan and run user acceptance testing (UAT), from test scripts through to sign-off /liliWork with stakeholders across a distributed team, delivering requirements, process designs and prototypes /liliPropose ways to make better use of conference and event management tools /li /ulh3What you'll bring /h3ulli6+ years as a Business Analyst on IT implementation projects /liliExperience on CRM projects and workflow automation projects /liliKnowledge of conference or event management applications /liliExperience with international organisations, or with customer experience or stakeholder engagement transformation programmes /liliA degree in IT, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience /liliExcellent spoken and written English /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certification /liliCBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL or business process modelling certification /liliProject management experience or certification /li /ulh3Contract and location /h3ulliContract, full-time, hybrid: 3 days a week onsite in Geneva, 2 days remote /li /ulpYou'll need the right to work in Switzerland, or be able to work as an EU cross-border worker. /ppThe day rate is competitive and depends on experience. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
