We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager - Production Digitalization
to lead Industry 4.0 initiatives across semiconductor manufacturing operations. In this role, you will manage projects involving
MES, automation, equipment integration, IoT, data analytics, and smart manufacturing solutions , collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end digitalization projects from planning to deployment.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, and Quality.
Drive implementation of MES, automation, Industry 4.0, and manufacturing analytics solutions.
Facilitate stakeholder communication, project governance, and progress reporting.
Ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
Experience in digitalization, automation, or Industry 4.0 projects
Exposure to semiconductor, electronics, PCB, or high-tech manufacturing industries
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Knowledge of MES, equipment integration, IoT, automation, or manufacturing analytics
PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum, or equivalent certification is a plus
