Join us and help run what runs the world. /ppThis position reports to: Production Supervisor /ph3Role and responsibilities /h3pIn this role, you will ensure the quality and availability of production data in SAP, the PLM system and the shop floor applications. As the central interface between production, engineering and IT, you will represent the requirements of manufacturing in digitization projects and contribute to the successful introduction and further development of our system landscape. You are the voice of production in our digitalization projects. /ph3Working model /h3pPredominantly on-site; hybrid working is possible depending on the area of responsibility. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliResponsibility for the creation, maintenance and cleansing of SAP master data (material masters, parts lists, routings and work centers) including mass changes and analysis of process effects. /liliRepresentation of production in the introduction and further development of digital systems , in particular PTC Windchill and Tulip, including requirements definition, testing and training of key users. /liliCarrying out tests and verifications of SAP adaptations in close cooperation with the respective specialist and IT managers. /liliAnalysis and preparation of production and process data as well as development of reports and dashboards with Power BI based on SAP, SQL, Excel and other data sources. /li /ulh3Your qualifications /h3ulliCommercial or technical training with further training or studies in business informatics, production, logistics or similar /liliSeveral years of experience as an SAP Power User, ideally in PP/MM /liliIn-depth understanding of BOMs, routings, and change processes /liliExperience in system implementation projects /liliKnowledge of PLM (e.g. Windchill), MES/low-code platforms (e.g. Tulip), SQL or Power BI are a clear advantage /liliAnalytical, structured and quality-conscious way of working /liliFluent in German and good knowledge of English. /li /ulh3More about us /h3pABB Smart Buildings is redesigning commercial, industrial and residential buildings through digitalization, providing greater comfort, efficiency, safety and protection.
