SAP Senior Consultant (w / d / m) – License Management

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently implement SAP license management and optimization solutions for customers.
2. Provide process and customer consulting, coordinate, and actively participate in SAP projects from requirements analysis to realization and support.
3. Advise customers on all SAP licensing topics, including named users, use types, engines, indirect/digital access.
4. Manage SAP projects, provide technical coaching and quality assurance, and ensure effective communication with clients.
5. Deliver workshops, webinars, training courses, and presentations.
6. Support the preparation of SAP contract negotiations and surveys.
7. Interact with other product domains and departments such as Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, or Development to promote market-relevant product features.
8. Represent and communicate as USU to all interest groups within the SAP market.

Minimum Requirements

1. 5+ years of professional experience in SAP licensing for medium-sized companies or large corporations.
2. Experience with SAP solutions (ECC, S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, Digital Access, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP).
3. Expert knowledge of SAP licensing and measurement tools (USMM / LAW).
4. Knowledge of data collection from SAP clients and Solution Manager.
5. Experience with SAM software is an advantage.
6. Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
7. Willingness to travel within Germany / EMEA.
8. Highly organized, motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
