Your role is divided into 2 major responsibilities: business analysis/ requirement engineering & expert operations
Business Analysis:
- Analyse current billing, transaction management, and pricing processes across EMEA to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the new platform.
- Map AS‑IS and design TO‑BE processes aligned with the transformation roadmap.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, product teams, and the software provider to clarify needs and validate proposed solutions.
- Support configuration and testing of the new system (functional testing, UAT preparation, defect analysis, regression cycles).
Expert Operation:
- Act as operational support for invoicing and transaction validation before and after xsystem go‑live.
- Monitor data quality and perform reconciliations between legacy and new systems during migration waves.
- Participate in issue resolution: triage incidents, coordinate with IT/product teams, and validate fixes.
- Contribute to harmonizing operational practices at EMEA level and enforcing standardized processes.
- Support change management activities (training, communication, onboarding of local teams).
Your profile:
- You have experience in business analysis, operations, pricing, invoicing, or financial systems in a high-volume environment of more than 100.000 invoices per month in the sector of telecommunication, energy, tolling or finance
- Exposure to transformation projects, system migrations, or large‑scale process harmonization (preferably in an EMEA context).
- A high technical affinity and strong analytical skills are essential for you. Experience in e-invoicing is an advantage
- Strong communication skills to engage with both business and technical stakeholders, from different geographies and management levels
- Being proactive, detail-oriented, curious and able to communicate clearly. You can make complex ideas understandable.
