This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop consulting and BA skills early. The work is around a Ticketing system which has recently gone live and is in its early Production phases:
- Maintaining our log of “Problem tickets” highlighting process issues or errors from 1st level support.
- Investigating above tickets.
- Providing input into process definition based on observations and analysis. This includes both with an external supplier at Level 1 and also internal employees at Level 2.
Your profile
- Secure handling of office products.
- Knowledge of creating queries – e.g. SQL.
- Experience with / knowledge of JIRA desirable.
- You have an analytical mindset and want to take on new challenges.
- Fluent in German and very good English skills.
