1st Level Support Engineer

Your tasks

• Provide 1st level support; respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in a hybrid environment.
• Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance).
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Edit document procedures and configurations.

Your profile

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments (2016 / 2019 / 2022).
• Experience supporting end users on Windows operating systems (Windows 10 / 11), including troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, basic network protocols, and Entra ID.
• Some experience with virtualization (e.g., Proxmox, VMware) is a plus (optional).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form.
