To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a: Business Operations Specialist
Your tasks:
- Own end-to-end customer order processing, from receipt of the customer order to delivery of Utimaco products and services
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation in our ERP and CRM systems
- Process incoming orders and prepare order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, certificates, and export documents
- Coordinate delivery dates with Production, external freight forwarders, and the Supply Chain team to ensure punctual deliveries within Europe and to Asia
- Document business transactions and contract management processes, and maintain complete master data
- Serve as a key point of contact for Accounting, Sales, Production, customers, and partners
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training as an industrial or wholesale and retail clerk, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in order processing or related areas
- Experience in an international technology company is an advantage
- Good knowledge of CRM (ideally Salesforce) and ERP systems (ideally SAP Business One) for order entry, delivery, and invoicing
- Confident user of Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP Business One is an advantage
- Independent, conscientious, and structured way of working, even under time pressure, with excellent communication skills in German and English
