Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Utimaco, you\’ll be more than just a recruiter – you\’ll be a talent architect, a creative strategist, and a change-maker. Your mission includes:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
2. Perform active sourcing, screen, and interview potential candidates using various channels.
3. Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates\‘ qualifications match the job requirements.
4. Build and maintain relationships with universities, job boards, and other recruitment sources.
5. Support in the development and improvement of recruitment processes.

We are looking for a candidate who brings both expertise and innovation to our team. Your profile should include:

1. Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Professional experience in direct search/active sourcing and talent acquisition management.
3. A passion and high level of motivation for the world of recruitment.
4. Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
5. Team player with a cooperative, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to drive projects independently.
