- Administer, maintain, and further develop Ivanti ITSM environments
- Analyze, optimize, and automate existing ITSM processes
- Develop and customize workflows, business objects, and integrations within Ivanti ITSM
- Create and maintain automation and scripting solutions using Python, PowerShell, and shell scripting
- Support system integrations, API connectivity, and data migration projects
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Work closely with clients in the public sector and healthcare on technical requirements and solution concepts
Your Profile
- Proven professional experience with Ivanti ITSM
- Good knowledge of Python and PowerShell
- Ideally experience with Linux shell scripting
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of ITSM processes and system integration
- Experience with APIs, automation, and scripting
- Structured and self-reliant working style
- Good German and English skills
