About The Role
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to elevate our user experience and interface design across UXCam’s platform and external-facing materials. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—bringing strong design expertise to enhance the way users interact with and perceive our brand. Your contributions will blend creativity, functionality, and user-centric principles to deliver exceptional design outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing

Design intuitive interfaces and experiences that support product usability and align with user needs.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create visually compelling digital assets, including:

Social media graphics

Presentation decks

Templates for content like eBooks, guides, and case studies

Visual assets for blogs and advertising campaigns

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve UXCam’s website by ideating, designing, and implementing user-friendly web pages that enhance engagement.

Ensure all designs adhere to UXCam’s brand guidelines, delivering cohesive and high-quality visuals across touchpoints.

Work with UI/UX designers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between product design and external communication.

Help maintain and expand design systems to drive scalability and efficiency in design workflows.
What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role

Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, graphic design, or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital projects.

Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in an in-house or agency setting.

Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with an ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Meticulous attention to detail, with a keen eye for typography and visual consistency.
