For a client, we are seeking an experienced Application Manager.

Responsibilities
- Manage applications and monitor the stability and continuity of ICT systems.
- Ensure SLA’s and SLE’s are met.
- Perform application life cycle management (ALM) and reporting.
- Work with ITSM processes such as IT-change, knowledge, incident, and problem management.
- Advise and support in building or adjusting IT solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for major incidents and coordinate rapid operational recovery.
- Inventory questions, needs, and risks for applications and make optimization proposals.
- Regular consultation with the service delivery manager, other application managers, suppliers, and business.
Profile
- Knowledge and Experience: At least 5 years of experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) and project work within an IT context.
- Communication Skills: Able to clearly convey ideas and suggestions to colleagues, suppliers, and partners.
- Critical and Conceptual Ability: Able to distinguish details from the essence and recognize bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Adaptability: Quickly switch and adapt to new situations, work efficiently under changing conditions.
- Assertiveness: Confidently take responsibility and make decisions, even in complex situations.
Language Requirements
Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
