Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for various directors and regions to determine and guide initiatives around leadership and culture.
- Develop and train managers in people management skills and shared leadership.
- Coach teams to grow towards a culture of trust, shared leadership, and continuous improvement.
- Expand the ambassador network and actively deploy it within the organization to support the transformation.
- Design workshops and inspiration sessions on themes such as psychological safety, trust, confronting challenges, shared leadership, and culture.
Location: Limburg
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Team Coach within transformation projects.
- Experience in guiding leadership trajectories.
- Experience in creating buy-in among various stakeholders around culture and leadership.
- Experience within HR domains with generalist content.
- Experience in team coaching.
- Experience in leadership and change management.
- Fluent in Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
- Certificate in systemic coaching (organizational constellations) required.
