V7 Recruitment is looking for an experienced German-speaking HSE Manager to support a major boiler construction project in Berlin.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in heavy industrial construction, who can take ownership of site health, safety and environmental standards and ensure safe working practices throughout the project.
The opportunity:
- Location: Berlin, Germany
- Contract: Initial 12 months
- Project: Boiler construction within a heavy industrial environment
- Working arrangements: Local candidates preferred, with travel, accommodation and rotation options potentially available for candidates travelling to the project
- Engagement: Candidates operating through a German limited company (GmbH) can be considered
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in HSE management on heavy industrial construction projects
- Previous experience working on large-scale industrial installations, ideally boiler construction or similar environments
- Strong knowledge of site safety procedures, risk assessments and regulatory compliance
- The ability to lead site HSE activities and work effectively with contractors, project teams and stakeholders
This is an opportunity to join a client with an established European project portfolio, including projects across Germany, the UK and other European markets, and a strong pipeline of upcoming work beyond the initial contract.
