We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to join a leading Civils Subcontractor on major Hyperscale Data Centre Projects across Europe

If you've successfully delivered civils, concrete frame, substructure or superstructure packages, this could be your opportunity to move into one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction!

Key Skills & Experience

• Subcontractor background
• No previous experience working on Data Centres required!
• Demonstrable experience working onsubstructure and superstructure packages, particularlyconcrete / RC frame structures
• Strong man-management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, costs, contracts and methodologies.
• Highly organised, motivated and detail-oriented.
• A self-starter who can work independently and use their own initiative while also operating effectively within a wider project team.
• Comfortable working to demanding programmes and tight deadlines.
