Die Position: A Senior Manager is required to contribute to the firms IP and is asked to drive digital transformation offerings into the market. Within client engagements, he she is leading the day to day customer relationships and the consultant teams, from project planning through execution. The Manager is well diversified in business transformation knowledges with a key interested in digitization transformation. As a manager, he or she possess strong intrapersonal management skills and operational knowledge. At our customer, it is all about the team spirit. Our client is currently looking for candidates with the following background:

1. Solid knowledge and expertise in Digital Transformation with a key interest in designing Robotic Process Automation solutions
2. Extensive understanding of business process transformation within targeted industries and consulting service lines for one or several of the following areas: Controlling, Accounting, Procurement, HR, Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing.
3. Management experience, analytical intellectual power and an exceptional strong team orientation
4. Development of individual client solutions for optimization and definition of operating models

Senior Managers apply well-honed consulting, project management and functional skills in the management of major project components or entire projects. Further, they are involved in business development such as proposal scoping and proposal development.

Additional roles that our Senior Managers play:

1. Managing consultant teams to complete client work in accordance with established budget, workplans and quality standards
2. Identifying and support in resolving issues critical to the clients 8242 strategic and operational success
3. Providing technical functional content knowledge
4. Providing solution implementation assistance as required
5. Developing and presenting conclusions and recommendations to senior client management
6. Developing and presenting engagement deliverables
7. Managing level client relationships and reporting project progress
8. Leading, coaching, developing and supervising the efforts of junior staff

Die Anforderungen: Our Senior Managers will typically have the following Consulting Experience:

1. Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
2. Ability to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients and build strong long-lasting relationships
3. Directing and Leading Digital consulting project teams from planning through to execution
4. Change management experience
5. Possess strong management and leadership skills
6. Cross-sector solution capability awareness
7. Worked on German, International and Global clients

Technical Experience:

1. Viewed as an expert in Digital Transformation
2. Viewed as an expert in Finance systems i.e. PTP, OTC, RTR and FP A
3. Solid understanding of HR and IT processes
4. Good knowledge of SAP S4 Hana andor Oracle Fusion solutions
5. Good knowledge of broader business systems best of breed solutions
6. Finance systems deployment experience
7. Good knowledge of current and emerging market trends
8. Well versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle
