This role sits inside the Connectivity team, whose mission is to build and scale a best-in-class connectivity platform so suppliers can manage high-quality supply across multiple channels and travellers get seamless, accurate booking.

Where the Business Manager role owns commercial relationships, the Program Manager owns the programme itself: partner tiering and certification, onboarding and integration standards, quality thresholds, and the operating rhythm that keeps a large ecosystem of reservation systems performing.

It is a cross-functional post, working with product, engineering, supply operations and partner-facing teams.

Good fit for: programme or partner operations managers from travel technology, marketplaces or platform businesses who are comfortable with technical integration concepts and data-driven partner governance.
