As Creator Growth Manager you will own the relationship with the active creator roster from onboarding through to ongoing performance — making sure the partnership runs smoothly, creatively and at scale. Expect a mix of relationship management, briefing, performance review and process design.
Creator-led content has become a primary discovery channel for tours and activities, so the role has a direct line to commercial outcomes rather than sitting purely in brand.
Good fit for: influencer or creator programme managers, social media managers and partnership marketers with experience running a roster at scale.
