Your Role We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented and analytical Business Performance Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business planning, forecasting, performance reporting and data analysis activities across HQ and regional teams.
Responsibilities Business Planning & Forecasting
Support the preparation and consolidation of monthly forecasting cycles, budgets and strategic plans.
Perform data validation and consistency checks to identify missing information or inconsistencies before review.
Prepare planning templates, trackers and supporting documentation to facilitate forecasting and business planning activities.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
Prepare recurring analyses to support performance monitoring and provide the analytical foundation for business reviews and performance discussions.
Perform first‑level variance analyses to identify significant business trends, anomalies and potential performance drivers, highlighting key observations for further review.
Prepare charts, tables and data visualisations for leadership presentations and performance reviews.
Data & Reporting
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards.
Participate in testing and validating new reports and dashboards developed in Looker.
Support the identification of opportunities to automate manual reporting activities and improve reporting efficiency.
What will make you successful?
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
A strong interest in commercial performance, business planning and analytics.
Proven ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends and generate actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Proactive, enthusiastic, curious and agile personality.
A collaborative spirit, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Fluency in English and French; other languages are a plus.
