Your mission
As a Public Funding Specialist (all genders), you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing public funding opportunities for VÆRIDION. You will be responsible for researching funding sources at the state, federal, and European levels, and collaborating closely with project management to decide which funds to apply for. Your efforts will directly support our mission to advance zero-emissions aviation in Europe.
Your Day-to-Day
- Research and maintain an overview of public funding sources on state, federal, and European levels.
- Collaborate with project management to make informed decisions on which funds to apply for.
- Drive the application process for funding calls, sometimes in collaboration with external consultants.
- Align stakeholders to incorporate their topics into funding applications.
- Lead the organization of already granted projects to prepare calls for funds.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders involved in public funding and research.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Business, Environmental Science).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in public funding or grant writing.
- Fluency in English & German is required.
- Passion for sustainability and zero-emissions aviation.
