Overview Sales Director (all genders) at VÆRIDION. This role works closely with the VP of Commercial, leading acquisitions and negotiations, drafting contracts with customers and partners to facilitate deal closures. You will represent the company externally and advocate for the customer internally, and provide guidance and mentorship to the technical sales managers. Responsibilities Lead the sales process, manage acquisitions, draft contracts, and negotiate with customers. Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, driving customers through the process. Represent the company in external meetings and trade shows. Act as the company’s representative in customer meetings and industry events. Gather customer insights and relay them internally to align product development with customer needs. Represent the customers at company meetings. Develop the sales team and sales process to maximize efficiency. Translate engineering perspectives into value-added features for customers and communicate customer needs back to engineering. Provide guidance to and mentor technical sales managers; help build and develop the sales team with the necessary functions and training. Qualifications Educational background in Aerospace Engineering, business school, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 10+ years in a similar role. Practical experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational/planning skills. Hands-on mentality with a high level of empathy, attention to detail, and integrity. Fluent in English; fluency in any additional language is a plus. Why us?
