• As an Application Expert PLM (m/f/d), you will actively shape the further development of our business applications, ensure their reliable operation, and make a significant contribution to driving the digital transformation of the Vaillant Group.




• In collaboration with business stakeholders, you will analyze requirements, develop functional and technical solution concepts, and support their implementation through to successful go-live




• By configuring applications, developing technical solutions, and analyzing and resolving incidents, you will ensure high system quality and user satisfaction




• You will also contribute to international projects, keeping a close eye on quality, deliverables, and timelines




• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams, you will ensure smooth application operations, support release and maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives




• Through the planning and execution of tests, the creation of clear documentation, and the transfer of knowledge to end users, you will develop sustainable solutions that deliver long-term value

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field




• Experience: You have solid professional experience in PLM-related application management, software development, and data exchange using standard technologies.




• Know-how & Skills: You have proven experience in the development and customization of PTC solutions such as Windchill, ThingWorx, or Codebeamer. In addition, you possess a strong understanding of IT systems, including network, database, middleware, and web application architectures. You also have good knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language.




• Nice to Have: Ideally, you have gained experience with additional PLM solutions or SAP ERP systems and possess a basic understanding of technical product development processes.




• Language Skills:You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, and communicate confidently in an international business environment.




• Personality:You stand out through your strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities
