• You will develop innovative software solutions for our international production sites and actively shape their architecture, implementation, and continuous enhancement




• After analyzing requirements and processes from our plants, you will design sustainable solution strategies and support their implementation in line with defined group standards




• Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will continuously optimize existing applications, integrate additional hardware, and make a significant contribution to the digitalization of manufacturing operations




• You will also be responsible for defining and advancing development standards, as well as aligning technical specifications with external partners to ensure seamless integration into the existing system landscape




• By analyzing complex incidents and system issues, you will identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and ensure the stable and reliable operation of our applications




• In addition, you will support our production sites worldwide during software rollouts, operational use, training activities, and the transfer of technical standards and best practices

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You have successfully completed a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field with a focus on automation or production technology.




• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the development of industrial software solutions enable you to confidently solve complex technical challenges.




• Know-how: You possess in-depth knowledge of modern software architectures, development environments, databases, and internet technologies. You bring expert-level knowledge of Java as well as hands-on experience with Spring, Maven, Git/GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure. In addition, you are familiar with communication protocols such as Modbus, REST, and MQTT, and ideally have expertise in Application Security as well as experience with tools such as OWASP, Grype, or similar solutions.




• Nice to have: Ideally, you have gained experience in production environments, with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), shopfloor solutions, or the integration of industrial hardware. Experience in Industry 4.0 and connected production systems is considered an advantage, as are skills in Python and/or C#.




• Personality: You stand out through strong analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and the ability to successfully bring together diverse stakeholders and drive sustainable solutions.




• Language Skills: You communicate confidently in both German and English and are equally comfortable working in international project and production environment
